CASSIDY is an effervescent multi-hyphenate exploring all an artistic life has to offer.
On television she can be seen in Severance (Apple TV), Elsbeth (CBS), New Amsterdam (NBC), Hunters (Amazon Prime), Full Frontal with Sam Bee (TBS) and others.
On film she can be seen most notably in Stay in (Dances With Film), Paul (SXSW), Danger Moss Ranger and Prelude to a Kiss (Jeremiah Murphy), and Con Amor Los Diablos (Kenneth Sousie).
As a singer and stage actress, she recently made her Carnegie Hall soloist debut in Oja Giello’s and Jose Daniel Flores’ A Soul Filled Journey. She led the world premiere workshop of Adam Gwon's All The Worlds a Stage at Keen Theater Company across from Kate Baldwin. This year she was in the workshop for Budapest, Budapest a new musical starring Tony winner Julia Knitel, and the comedy musical Comedy of Wizards at the Magnet Theater. She created the role of Fern in the first folk-rock national tour of Charlotte's Web and sings in NYC's official choir, NYCS. She was Mads in the Maltz Jupiter world premiere workshop of Ryan Scott Oliver’s Three Points of Contact.
As a writer, Cassidy has created work for the stage, screen, and beyond, including a punk-rock concert abortion fundraiser, an immersive haunted house for which she won a NYCAC award, and a full-length comedic conversion camp musical Goliath with collaborator Ethan Carlson. The two are collaborating again on a time-travelling Alzheimer's buddy comedy, Bermuda Triangle. She’s currently on the writing team for a new vertical series called Rich Reno, starring J. Alex Brinson. Her short film script Killing Cherry Jane has won accolades at the Vail, Atlanta, and Cinequest film festivals. Her one-woman show, Grown Up Bedtime Stories, was selected as part of the Flynn Theater’s SNAP festival in Burlington, Vermont in January 2025, and The Tank’s Moonlight Fest in October 2025. It was also a semi-finalist for The Terrance McNally Fellowship.
As a comedian, she has done professional improv comedy for 10 years, joining Bowen Yang and The Story Pirates, as well as being on pro teams like Broadway’s Next Hit Musical and The Ride.
